Rental Rates

From the moment you arrive, you will see what sets us apart from the rest.  Our on-site property manager, Wanda, will welcome you to your ‘home away from home”—guaranteeing you a wonderful, relaxing, and memorable vacation.

 

All units have fully equipped kitchens, 2-3 bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms, screened-in lanais, complimentary cable TV and WiFi internet access throughout the resort—all the amenities for a perfect getaway! Unit 8 has the option of upgrading to 4 bedrooms/ 3.5 baths for an additional per night charge.

Located beach side, on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico, surrounded by 11 miles of white sandy beaches, Sea Grape Inn offers personalized service to all our guests.  We are an intimate, boutique-style resort, yet big enough to be used on numerous occasions to host family reunions.

Although we love pets unfortunately, we don’t allow them.

CHECK-IN: 3PM

CHECK-OUT: 10AM

DEPOSITS

EARLY BIRD DEPOSIT MADE PRIOR TO 90 DAYS IN ADVANCE:

  • $300 deposit at time of reservation

  • 25% due 90 days before arrival

  • Balance due 30 days before arrival

 
FOR RESERVATIONS MADE 31-90 DAYS IN ADVANCE:

  • 25% due at time of reservation

  • Balance due 30 days before arrival

 
FOR RESERVATIONS MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL:

  • 100% due at time of reservation

CANCELLATION POLICY

~Cancel 91 days or more prior to arrival date, guest will receive a full refund less a $250 admin fee.

 

~Cancel 31-90 days prior to arrival receive full reservation credit for a future booking valid for 1 year (credit is less any booking fees). Original reservation pricing is not guaranteed. Guest will be required to pay the difference if there is a price increase for new booking dates.

 

~Cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival, No Refund and No Booking Credit will be provided. 

 

OTHER TERMS

  • Minimum 2 night stay on weekends.

  • All rentals will be charged a Departure Cleaning Fee: Condo #1-7 is $150 & Condo #8 is $200.

  • A Conservation Fee of $10 per night will be charged due to the Longboat Key Ordinance to protect Marine Turtles.

  • Mid-stay cleaning fee of $85 will be charged when renting > 14 days, and each 7 days thereafter.

  • Sorry, no pets or service animals allowed in the rental units or on the property grounds.

  • All units are NON-SMOKING. A minimum $1000 additional charge will result if you smoke within a unit. ALSO effective 10/1/23, No Smoking is allowed on the Beach, or any Public Beach.
